Returns Policy

Triumph will accept products in new condition back for a full refund if returned in new condition with an appropriate RMA number.

Returns

If you checked out as a guest, please contact our Customer Support Department at 1-888-284-6288 for a return authorization to start the process.

Once your return is processed, you will receive an email that contains your RMA number and link to a pre-paid shipping label.  Please print the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box and include the printed email inside.  The RMA number is required for us to process your return and refund.  Refunds are processed when products are received.

If you have an account, you may process your return by following the steps below:

1.       Log in to your account

2.       Click “My Account” and then the “Orders” tab

3.       Click on “Return Item(s)” next to the order that contains the item(s) you wish to return

4.       Click the check box next to the item(s) to return, select a reason for the return from the drop down menu, and fill in any additional details in the box

5.       Scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Next Step: Review Authorization”

6.       Review the information to make sure it is correct, and click “Final Step: Generate RMA Number”

7.       You will receive an email that contains your RMA number and link to a pre-paid shipping label

Warranty

All Triumph clothing products are covered for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase by the customer. Warranty covers any factory defect, such as defective seams, snap or zipper failure, and any product irregularity that differs from tolerances set for any product specification.
