Q. Do you ship on weekends?

A. Expect in-stock items to ship within 1 business day unless the item is noted otherwise. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please note that an item is purchased on a Friday, it typically won't be processed until the next business day which would be the following Monday. 

Q. How does Next Day Air or Two-day shipping work?

A. With items shipping within 1 business day, Next Day Air or Two-day shipping will arrive either the next business day or the following business day respectively.

Q. Do you offer free shipping?

A. We provide the "Ship to Dealer" shipping option free of charge. Once your order arrives, please make your way to the dealership you chose to pick up your order.

Q. Why does my tracking number not work?

A. Some packages may stay in a pre-transit status for a period of time. This does not mean that your order is lost, only that it is waiting to be processed by UPS. Tracking details will be available once the package arrives at the UPS facility. 

Q. What if I don’t see my dealer in the drop-down menu?

A. We appreciate all of our dealers. However, your dealership may not have chosen to participate in this particular website. Perhaps that will change in the future, but for now, you are welcome to choose from any of the dealerships listed.

Q. Why isn’t my state in the drop-down menu?

A. The dealerships in your state have not chosen to participate in this particular website. However, there may be a dealership near you in another state.

Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. No, Triumph Motorcycles (America) Ltd. only ships to the United States and Canada. This website is for our customers in the US, therefore we do not ship internationally. To view our Canadian site, please go to For countries outside of the U.S. and Canada, please feel free to visit our corporate website ( to find Triumph worldwide.

Q. Why does an item only show “Add to Wish List” not “Add to Cart?”

A. Items that do not offer the “Add to Cart” feature are currently out of stock. As soon as stock is available, these items will be updated.

Q. Why does an item only show “See Your Dealer” not “Add to Cart?”

A. If an item says "See Your Dealer" and does not have an "Add to Cart" button it means that this item is currently out of stock on our website. Please check with your local Triumph dealer to see if they have the item in stock.

Q. What do I do if the item I want is out of stock?

A. If an item is Out of Stock, we strongly encourage you to reach out to your local dealership. You can find your closest dealership at

A. Prepaid gift cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) cannot be used as a form of payment.
